Questions

How does the free trial work?
Sign up and use all of CartOS for 30 days. No card to start, nothing switched off partway through, no feature held back. When the trial ends you subscribe to keep writing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account goes read-only until you subscribe. Every screen still opens and every record is still there to read and export. Your book of business is yours, so we never lock you out of it.
What does it include?
Everyone at the dealership for one flat price: your sales floor, your techs and your back office. Plus full read and write access for the API, CLI and agent skill. No seats to count.
Are there any other charges?
No. No setup fee, no per-person math. The price is the price.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Card updates, receipts and cancellation happen in Stripe’s billing portal. CartOS never sees your card details.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account goes read-only at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Nothing is deleted. Your data stays and you can still read and export all of it.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe marks the subscription past due and retries on its own schedule. Update the card in the billing portal and it picks up where it left off. A bounced card gets a banner, not a locked door. Nothing changes while Stripe retries.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, without asking us. Export contacts, companies, deals and invoices as CSV, one at a time or together in a zip.
Which currencies can I use?
USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD for your account’s amounts. CartOS’s own subscription bills in US dollars.
